3. RV dump station is located onsite inside the storage fence on a fee per use basis.

4. Vehicle mechanical servicing is not allowed in storage area. (No oil, other fluid changes or     painting)

5. Help keep the storage area clean by removing all your trash. Do not store item on the ground     around your unit.

6. Vehicle support jacks will not be used unless supported by pressure pads. Tenant will provide     chocks – tongue and jack pressure pads.

7. Huge storage will not be responsible for moving vehicle during snow conditions.

8. Do not move the space numbers and use only assigned space(s).

9. Tenants must sign a new lease contract when changing units (trade, sell, etc.). The contract must     reflect the correct units(s) stored.

10 Abandoned or delinquent units will be removed and moving costs added to the tenant’s bill for     collection.

11. Tenants must keep vehicles operational. Windows broken out, flat tires and major damage is       unacceptable.

12. A $15 minimum fee will be added to the monthly bill for debris clean up, i.e. shredded  tarps,       and weather shrinkwrap. The tenant has 10 days from date of Huge’s notification letter.
